It’s only my opinion but the grounds were covered with trash, a broken fence and other debris everywhere. The trees were dead. The bed linens were clean but the bathroom was dirty. The furnishings were worn, the breakfast area had no hot water for tea. The hotel needs fresh paint and a good professional scrubbing to eliminate the odors of cooking.
