Great location at the Waterfront. Beautiful vista of the tree lined Monongahela. Lovely patio right next to the river wonderful place to have coffee, chat or read. Immediately adjacent to GAP hike/bike trails. Hotel has pool and gym, offers free hot breakfast 6 10 daily. Rooms are comfortable, have everything you need for a vacation or work. Waterfront shopping district within walking distance for restaurants, shops, movie theaters, comedy club. Will definitely be coming back!
We regularly go to Dave and Buster’s, Kennywood Park and the AMC theaters at the waterfront. This is the first time we’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn and suites. It was very nice but next time I’m going to ask for a water view from our room that’s the best part!

Clean Excellent shower Decent breakfast.
My only concern is the toilet. Why are the toilets so low to floor? Doesn’t work for seniors. Checked with from desk on handicap rooms. I was told there are only two. My suggestion to get tall toilets and more handicap rooms. Also walk in showers. Employees were great.
Staff was very friendly.
Shower stall edges rusty and moldy. Door to room handles installed upside down and door needed to be kicked in to open it. Room furniture was very dusty. Never stay there again.
Food was good, staff was very nice, room was clean.
