Second time at this property and horrible expensing experience. Your staff will not provide receipts and here it is, almost April, I am still fighting to get paid for my stay by my company. This is the second time for me. First time I made a reservation for my Boss and I and he gave up and ate the cost for his room because your staff would not split up the receipt. Beautiful hotel but not worth the hassle. Archaic system that cannot make changes or create receipts.

did not like the idea there was an extra cost for the room when I got there I booked a room and it was all paid for a new people. Throw an extra cost on it of 34.92 that’s wrong the price of your alcohol was ridiculous. People come in there and spend all their money there and you still rip them off with the price of your alcohol.

A beautiful property. Lovely landscaping. Our meals were very good in the hotel restaurants. Customer service was excellent. We had valet luggage service and he did a great job and was courteous and very pleasant. Checking in was so easy and the girls were very informative. A truly wonderful experience for our granddaughter's college graduation.
